Exponents/Arrive Program
We are a nonprofit organization located in the heart of New York City compassionately dedicated to serving those impacted by HIV/AIDS, substance use, incarceration and behavioral health challenges. We deliver these services through a client-centered, strength-based approach which greatly improves health outcomes and promotes overall wellness in our communities.

Education Alliance Child and Adolescent Family Center
Provides HIV testing and counseling, grief and bereavement, children, adolescent, and Family services, prevention and support groups. Services available in Russian.

El Puente
Offers healthcare, client advocacy/hospital problems, holistic/alternative therapies, treatment information, recreation, children and adolescent services, grief and bereavement and employment counseling and training. Services are available in Spanish.

God’s Love We Deliver (Meals Program)
The mission of God’s Love We Deliver is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition.

Office of Gay and Lesbian Health Concerns
Provides prevention, mental health services and publications. No fee. Services in Spanish.

New York City Gay & Lesbian Anti-Violence Project
Offer support groups, hotlines, client advocacy/ hospital problems, crisis/emergency intervention, HIV violence counseling and discrimination advocacy.

North Central Bronx Hospital
Provides support groups, HIV testing and counseling, crisis/emergency intervention, client advocacy/hospital problems, healthcare, holistic/alternative therapies, treatment information, medication sources, immigration services, women’s services, recovery services, dental care, housing, recreation, legal services, AIDS ministries, children and adolescent services, harm reduction, mental health, food services, discrimination advocacy, prisoners’ resources, grief and bereavement, benefits counseling, employment counseling and training and case management.

Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance
Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance supervises support programs for families and individuals.

Project Achieve

NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln’s Department of Behavioral Health provides comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families.

The Gay Lesbian Transgender Community Center
We offer the LGBT communities of NYC health and wellness programs; arts, entertainment and cultural events; recovery, wellness, parenthood and family support services.
